Publish PDF Documents in Word 2007
One of my pet hates of Microsoft Office in the past has been that it can not natively create PDF files from Word documents. Thankfully, this has all changed in Word 2007. If you want to be able to do this however you will have to download an addon from Microsoft.
I don’t know why they just didnt add this feature as part of the original package? Anyway, you can get the addon from here.
Once you have installed it, Save As … > PDF or XPS can be accessed from main menu as seen below.
