I reluctantly clicked the Advanced box (b/c the LSP Fix directions firmly say not to), and moved all to the Remove box. Upon restart, I still had the same internet problems. Then, my screen went black and upon reboot, said it had recovered from a serious error.

Another super success story. Had a techie run some spyware. Unable to connect to the net. Used another winsock fix that did not work. Followed the instructions here and voila. You guys are geniuses!
